1. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellation requests must be made in writing via email
Cancellation is allowed only before service processing begins
Once the application or documentation process has started, cancellation is not permitted
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
Payment is made but service processing has not started
Service cannot be initiated due to internal reasons
Refunds are not applicable in cases of:
Government fees already paid
Application rejection by authorities
Incorrect documents or details provided by the client
Delay caused by government departments
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
